These are going to replace the U-bolt mounting plates that are used to secure your Yakima TopWater rooftop fishing rod carrier to the crossbars on your vehicle. This is going to be an exact replacement for that original U-bolt mounting plate, or both those U-bolt mounting plates, that originally came with your TopWater rod carrier.
