My father in law gave us his sportrack explorer with the locks but no keys. Called locksmith, they asked $150+ for the keys. Tried to find it on Amazon or local home depot, they didn't have it. Got lucky when I found this website. Ordered the key got it today. Tried it - it works. I'm happy. Going camping on the weekend:)
This key was recommended to me for a SportRack box someone had given me with no key. Even thought there is no "N" in front of the number on the lock, this key works perfectly! Thanks.

We lost our original key and needed a new one. It came fast and it worked.
Works perfectly. And, very quick turnaround. First tried [online], keys did not work. Went to a local locksmith, they could not help. But, etrailer came thru!!!!
Works perfect. Unfortunately I didn’t go with them first. The other company sent me the wrong keys. He’s making me try everything from trying to jiggle the key to spraying lib on the key hole. The keys don’t even look close.

The key worked perfect on day one, and still works like a champ 1 year later
Lost key for my Sears X-Cargo top carrier. Got number off lock and ordered replacement from etrailer.com. Worked like a charm!

The key does not work at all, I had to work hard just to get it in the hole and it will not turn at all.

Oh, no, thats not good! Are you able to verify that the number on the lock core and the key match?
It was very easy and inexpensive to order the key for a thule roof carrier, and it was delivered regular mail in less then a week happy with the service.

We found the Karrite carrier at a resale store without a key. Found you guys online for the replacement key and your ordering process was pretty simple. Having received the key, it works perfectly.

The key was backordered and etrailer did not have it right away. That’s ok, I understand. What made me really happy was a few days after the order, they emailed me and told me what was going on. They stated they will try to get the key, but if they could not they would let me know. That was really respectful. All I want is to know what’s going on, and they were honest and kept me in the loop. About a week later, I got an email that the key was sent and the key was delivered without issue. They key correctly fits our old Sears XCargo car top carrier. Thanks!

Still work - very happy with them
Was skeptical I could order a key for a cargo roof top car carrier and that it would actually work. I emailed etrailer with the #on the lock and they affirmed they had the key. I ordered two and to my surprise, they work beautifully. Service was prompt and professional.
Needed a key to replace a lost one for my roof top carrier purchased from Sears several years ago. Sears was not much help. Sent the number on the lock to etrailer and received two keys in about a week. They opened the locks first try. Wouldn't hesitate to do business again with etrailer should the need arise.
Product as described and saved a trip that required access to the overhead storage carrier.
Did a quick google search for a replacement key and had it ordered through etrailer in minutes! Shortly after the I placed the order, I received confirmation that it was shipped. I'm very impressed by the speed and email updates.
Perfect replacement! Will buy a spare just in case I lose my key again!

I was advised to get a certain key, by the associate on the phone, he ordered it and didn't work. Had to end up buying a new one which worked after doing my own research. All good now.
The key to my cargo carrier broke while I was on vacation 700 miles from home. No problem...I’ll order a replacement! The package arrived on time. It was dirty, damaged, and the key was no longer in it. I called customer support before 11AM on Friday requesting that a replacement be sent over night. They could not offer next day shipping on Saturday. ETRAILER let me down and could not ship me a key overnight with Saturday delivery. I had to destroy my cargo carrier. I am more than just unsatified...i’ve incurred unnecessary damages.
