I lost my key to my 20-SV cargo box. luckily I found out it was made by thule thanks to the assistance from the folks at etrailer. They even helped me find out what key I needed so I could order the correct replacement keys instead of having to replace the entire lock cylinder. It took about 5 days for the package to arrive. The etrailer website provided excellent links to track the package. The replacement keys are better than the original. The original had a plastic top with a metal blade that would always break apart. The new keys are all metal and much sturdier.

I was getting ready to leave on a trip in just a few days and realized I had lost my cartop carrier key. e-trailer had the key in stock but it said it would arrive after I left for my trip. You might have to find a locksmith to help with that if it's too difficult to grab with needle nose pliers.
