Replace a missing Thule key with this equivalent part.I appreciate the prompt response that I received from etrailer. I thought that I would have to carry around the bicycle rack for several more days before I got a replacement key so as to unlock the rack from the trailer hitch. Thanks again!
I purchased a set of used Thule racks recently, and prior owner didn't have a key. Etrailer was the only place I could find a key to fit. Order arrived in a few days, price was reasonable and shipping was reasonable. Key arrived in good condition and fit perfect. Will be ordering another key soon as a back up. Highly recommend etrailer.

The work of etrailer was excellent. The order was processed and shipped quickly. Shipping was another story though. Etrailer shipped the ywo keys on a Saturday and it took 9 days for them to arrive. UPS was VERY VERY slow! But I would recommend etrailer.
The key works great and fit into all 4 roof rack locks without jamming. Sturdy material and overall a great product.
Superfast shipping, key I ordered fit perfectly and car top carrier hinge replaced my broken one in 5 minutes. I am telling my friends, you guys are the best!

product works - it's a key, so it is rather binary - yes or no... it was a yes!!
I thought it would have gotten delivered sooner, it wasn't critical, 3 day shipping was already twice the cost of the device, so paying even more didn't really make sense.

keys were spot on!!!
I bought this hoping it would fit a Y002 branded lock cylinder on a Harbor Freight universal roof crossbar. It did not. No fault of the seller, I knew it was a gamble. There is obviously more than one brand of lock cylinder with the Y002 designation.
They did a great job communicating and letting us know when it shipped, and making it easy for us to track during shipping.
