Now this is going to replace the rear bike tray assembly for your gray Yakima HoldUp Bike Rack. Replaced the right-side holder with this exact Yakima assembly. Easy process, just two bolts which new ones were included. The etrailer website was very helpful, the staff had previously answered a few questions I had.
The wheel holder assembly arrived in a few days and was well packed, no damages in shipment. Another very excellent transaction with etrailer.

I've used this Yakama bike rack for years and love it. Due to a small parking lot mishap I had to replace a few parts and etrailer made it very easy. - Very happy with the replacement parts and the service that etrailer provided. It's unfortunate that etrailer was able to give me better service than Yakima trying to get a replacement product. I have ordered 2 hitches for vehicles, and replacement part for my Yakima holdup and etrailer always come through. Never had any issues and no need to return anything . Their prices are pretty darn good too.

Installed in 5 minutes, good workmanship, would have been even better if made in the USA, but that's a Yakima thing. etrailer's order delivery system worked perfectly

Due to being rear ended I had to order parts to fix the rack. Both rack parts came in as appeared and described on site and fit the existing Yakima rack no problem!

Replacement Rear Wheel Assembly was received on time and in perfect condition. I was concerned at first when UPS delivered a damaged box, but all was well. I had to replace the existing part after that damn pole ran into my truck.

Exactly what I needed, initially the part was not on hand and I was contacted by customer service and notified of a delay. The agent put me on hold to confirm availability from their warehouse and was able to expidite so the shipment was minimally delayed. Outstanding service. Everything came as described and fit into my existing system perfectly. Would not hesitate to use them again or recommend them to others.

Especially if both front trays won't move. Some things I'd check first to troubleshoot is to check if there's a gap between the folding front mount and the plastic in between on both sides.
