I needed this key in somewhat of a hurry as we were going on vacation. I ordered the key and explained this. They shipped it that day and by UPS ground it arrived two days later. Just what I ordered. Very good service and I was kept up tossed throughout by their customer service dept. The key was just as advertised.

Perfect set of locks for cargod box (2) base rack (4) and 2 additional ons for future expansion. The best part about it is they will now all have the same key.
This is a low tech item (a key), but since I don't think Thule makes the same model bike rack anymore I was apprehensive that I would be unable to find a replacement key for the hitch mount. I was pleased that this key fits perfectly and now I can remove/remount the bike rack as necessary. BTW, I got my Thule bike rack from eTrailer and was very pleased.
I bought this hoping it would fit a Y002 branded lock cylinder on a Harbor Freight universal roof crossbar. It did not. No fault of the seller, I knew it was a gamble. There is obviously more than one brand of lock cylinder with the Y002 designation.
They did a great job communicating and letting us know when it shipped, and making it easy for us to track during shipping.
I had a SEARS SPORT 20-SV (roof top cargo carrier )with lock numbers 2818 right above where you insert the key. I just added the letter (N) before the. So I ordered N2818 and it worked perfectly!! Two day shipping was right on time.

Poor customer service requested a key replace a few weeks ago never received it shipped out another never provided a tracking number for the 2nd one. Customer answered the phone didn’t bother to provide it either but you taken my money with no problem but yet no key. Terrible service and people skills I hope in the fitugff
The key really isn’t the problem the lock is jammed ip and I called the factory and said they won’t sell me a new lock I have to buy a whole new cargo box that’s why I’m leaving a bad review
