Saddle Quick Release for Thule Cargo Boxes

I needed two different pieces from the mounting system to a used rooftop carrier I purchased locally. Etrailer was the only place that I could find them in stock online. I called Sunday evening just before they closed and I expected them to be rude and annoyed but instead Zack was extremely friendly and patient with me on the phone. We needed spare hardware for our Sport 20 SV cargo carrier that Sears employees were too lazy to order for us and their customer service was unable to order because our carrier was older and didn't have an exact model number on it.
