What are the dimensions of this part?

The Saddle Quick Release # TH04106 for Thule cargo boxes is 6" long, 1-1/16" wide and 3/8" tall. The long slot is 3-3/8" long while the short slot is 2" long. Both slots are 9/32" wide with the smaller slot having a hole which is 11/16" in diameter. I have included an image below with some of these measurements as well.

I spoke with my contact at SportRack. There are replacement latches available for the SportRack Skyline Cargo Box SR7095. You will need Replacement Latches for SportRack Explorer Cargo Box, #03347.

I have an answer for you. Unfortunately, Thule does not sell the replacement parts from the Replacement Hardware Kit for Searsbox Cargo Box #TH05603 individually. Unfortunately, this hardware kit is the only kit that we carry for Sears cargo boxes.
