I recently purchased a car with a detachable roof rack. I soon discovered that the keys to the roof rack were missing. However, a call to etrailer quickly put an end to that problem.

I have a 2011 Mini Cooper S Countryman with the Mini accessory cross bars. There was no key for it and after reading the comments and verifying the number on my lock this key worked perfectly! Thank you

Product was delivered on time and it worked as hoped. In fact, I took a risk in that the roof rack missing its key is actually a BMW accessory but I figured that it was really made by Thule. So, the N007 key did fit the 007 lock cylinder in the BMW roof rack.

Ordering was easy. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Felivery was as promised. My husband bought a BMW X5 and was told that no replacement key was available for the Thule rack on top etrailer take care of our needs and now he has that unsightly rack removed. Thanks etrailer!

Recently bought a 2011 Mini Cooper S (JCW) with bike racks on top but no key. After searching I found the etrailer website and confirmed this was the key. Ordered and received the key two days yet and my problem was FIXED!

I bought a used “Sport 20-SV” car top carrier (branded Sears) on Facebook marketplace, but it was missing a key. I called etrailer.com and talked to Jenny, a customer service rep. I was on hold for about 20 minutes before getting through, but when she picked up she was extremely helpful. I gave her the three numbers on the lock and she mailed me a key; It works and I am happy! Great experience!

I took a chance hoping that my Chevy branded roof rack with lock number "007" was actually made by Thule. This key worked and I'm so happy I don't have to mess with having it rekeyed. Quick shipping and cheap price. Thanks!

I got this for a Sears Sport 20-SV. The lock seems to be an older type without a prefix (just "007"). This key works perfectly, though, and arrived quickly.
