Today, we're going to be taking a look at some replacement parts for your SEAFLO water pumps. One's going to be a 1/2 inch NPT fitting that goes on the end. And then we're going to have a little strainer slash filter for the other end. So it all just depends on your situation. We got all of our water pumps out here and we installed all of them on a camper over there. And we have found that they actually do fit on all the different brands.

So if you are in a pinch and we don't have one of these in stock for whatever reason, it is going to work with not only the SEAFLOs but if you go farther down the line, it's going to work with the Lippert component, Flow Max as you can see both the strainer and the fitting, and then of course the HydroMax as well. So again, if you're in a pinch, they're going to work. It's all kind of standard sizes, but we're really just talking about the SEAFLO replacement parts, which they're going to work. There isn't really a whole lot about this. If you're looking for tubing, you just need a 1/2 inch I.D.

tubing. So the O.D., the outer diameter of this is 1/2 inch. So for the tubing that you want to use, you want the interior diameter to be 1/2 inch. And if you are just replacing it for whatever reason, maybe it cracked, or maybe you tightened down on it a little too hard, all you really want to do is just make sure that your thread tape's still good. I would probably just take some thread tape and go over there one more time if I'm replacing it.

So that is one thing that doesn't come with this replacement that you're going to need. If your thread tape wasn't there, or it's just a little rough. And then moving onto the filter, which the filter is going to go on the inlet side. So we want to filter that water before it goes in. It's just going to thread on.

Same thing with the thread tape, just to make sure it's all good. And this is just going to prevent any damage from happening. And we do have a little filter on the inside of here. You don't really have to replace this, this isn't really going to rust away over time or anything like that. You just take it out, wash it, put it back in and then screw back on. So this is going to be something that you can use for a long time. You don't really have to replace the filters. You can just go ahead and just take it out and clean it. The nice thing about this is it's pretty standard, the threads, so once you get this on there, the little other replacement part is going to thread right on there. So again, it all just depends. If you do have some hard PVC lines, you won't really need these, but if you do put an accumulator tank on or you just want to convert all to the soft lines, this is going to work great for you. If you're getting these replacement parts, you need some thread tape. And when you're putting the tubing on, you're going to need tubing, but also just the little hose clamps. We do have some here at etrailer that worked really good to make sure nothing's going to leak, but I would definitely add that to these if you don't already have them.
