Hi everybody, Andy here with etrailer.com. Let's take a real quick look at this Roadmaster replacement square plug. Now this is going to replace the outer arm end cap for your Roadmaster tow bars. And on your screen, I am including the models of tow bars from Roadmaster that this is going to fit. This is gonna fit the Falcon 2, the Falcon All-Terrain and then the BlackHawk All-Terrain Now, just to give you the further confidence that this is going to work for you, let me give you some measurements. So as you can see, this is going to be sitting right at 1 3/8 inches square.
And then in regards to the depth, right at 3/4 of an inch. So this is the direct replacement from Roadmaster. So what that means for you is you can trust that this is going to fit right in place of the original. Whether you misplaced one or one became damaged, you're not gonna have to worry about compatibility issues, fitment issues, or anything like that. So if you are needing to replace the outer arm end cap for your Falcon 2, Falcon All-Terrain, or BlackHawk All-Terrain Tow Bar, this is going to be exactly what you need.

Part was a perfect fit. Completely sati sfied!
Exact fit for replacement
The plug is hard plastic. I would rather it was hard rubber that would be more pliable and would maybe be easier to install. But by using a plastic mallet and an extension, I was able to hammer it in place. It fits well and seems to seal.
This should not be a one time use item. I wish these were made of rubber so that when I follow the procedure for cleaning and maintenence I did not have to replace each time.
The product is exactly what I needed. Etrailer was quick... had it in just a couple of days!
Ordered wrong size my fault did not use or return.
These products are very poor in design. They should be rubber. Plastic just crack and break in the cold.

You said that you ordered the wrong part. I want to make sure that you had purchased this for the following tow bars: Falcon 2 Falcon All-Terrain Blackhawk All-Terrain The dimensions of this cap are 1.375 inches x 1.375 inches x 0.75 inches. If you can let me know which tow bar you have, I might be able to find you an end cap.
