  No, the anchor post is not included with the Roadmaster Brakemaster supplemental braking system # RM-9100. It does come with all of the other parts needed for installation (air line, fittings, hardware, and so on). The anchor plate is # 450650-01. There isn't a confirmed fit for your 2017 Chevrolet Suburban as of November 2016. The same # RM-88308 is a fit through 2016, and will possibly fit the 2017, but I can't be sure since it hasn't been tested.
