Replacement Spout Nut Assembly for Phoenix Faucets, Catalina, and Utopia Faucets - Chrome

The folks at etrailer recommended this kit to tighten up a replacement faucet spout I purchased. The spout didn't leak but it was pretty loose in its setting. I only needed one of the thicker teflon nap rings but it did the trick!1583973

Plastic nut was 1/16" too small. Customer/technical service had no resolution or suggestions. etrailer would not pay for shipping on return of a $8 part. Used them plenty of times, but disappointed in this interaction.1591935

I am not sure why it was not a fit for you. As long as you have a Phoenix, Catalina, or Utopia faucet it should be a fit I will have our Customer Service team reach back out to you.

We have a Casita travel trailer, the faucet had some water up in this area despite winterizing it. It froze and broke the spout nut. This was a perfect replacement and fit for the Casita Phoenix fauvet and it's not easy to find this part so we were glad etrailer had it!1579252

I needed a small part for myvtrailer Gally faucet and etrailer sent it to me by mail. It did take a while, going through Customs etc crossing g the border to Canada, but arrived today.
