Hi, there. I'm Michael with etrailer.com. Today we're gonna take a quick look at this Phoenix Faucets Replacement Faucet Compression Stem. This is gonna replace one Brass Compression Stem and Bonnet for your Phoenix Faucets Dual Handle Kitchen or Bathroom Faucet. This is gonna work as a cold side or a hot side on your faucets with a knob handle. If you have a lever handle, this will fit the hot side only.
This is constructed of a durable, lead-free brass construction, so it is gonna hold up well for you. And because this is a replacement from Phoenix Faucets, you can trust it is gonna fit right in place of that original. No worries about fit issues or compatibility problems, or anything like that. Just to give you extra a little reassurance, I'll let you know that this is one and three quarters of an inch long. Our diameter at our widest point here is one inch wide.

these are the exact replacement stems the ones I found at Ace Hardware didn't have the large flange at top to hold the cover plate Thanks

However, since etrailer likes to coach their customer's online reviews regarding their orders and does not allow anything else I could honestly add commentwise as it falls under the 'Not appropriate for a review' category, this is where my review ends.
worked great, needed phoenix #41-5 stems, got these that cross over to 43-5. worked perfect. Melissa T was awesome to deal with, extremely helpful.

This order came on time as they said it would. I have not installed them yet because I'm having trouble getting the correct valve seats. I'm sure the valve stem will do just fine. The only problem I see with brand is they don't sell the "o-rings" and seals separately.
The fit is good and they are brass not plastic like some replacement parts!
