Michael: Hi there. I'm Michael with etrailer.com.Today, we're going to take a quick look at the replacement knob handle set for your Phoenix faucets. These are going to replace the hot and cold handles on your Phoenix faucet's handle set so that you can, again, use your hot and cold water in your bath tub or shower.These are only about two inches in total width, and about an inch and three quarters in total length. To get them installed, you'll have to pop off the cap here. The easiest way I've found is just push in on the back of that screw, that will put enough pressure on the front to pop that out. And then, you can easily screw this into place, and then reinstall your cap.
Very easy to do.These are made of a clear acrylic, so they're going to hold up well and be very lightweight and still look very nice for you. This kit does include the one cold and one hot knob, so you get back to using that shower.That's going to complete our look at the replacement knob handle set for your Phoenix faucets. Replaces the knobs for your Phoenix Faucets dual-handle shower faucet. Includes 1 hot handle and 1 cold handle.Etrailer's service was outstanding. I loved how fast they shipped out my order with all the details including who did what on their staff to prepare it and get it on it's way. I did take one star away because one of the handles had a piece broken off it. It appears to have come that way from the factory. The package was not damaged, etc. We were able to glue that piece back on and it shouldn't affect it functioning properly. Again, Etrailer provided great service! I highly recommend them.
The replacement knob handles are nice, but the screw in the cold water knob won't screw into the fixture (I tried the screw from both packs).
