Ellen: Hey everyone I'm Ellen here at se-trailer.com and we're going to be taking a quick look at the single rocker switch. This allows you to replace a switch that's maybe gone bad or seen better days, and it needs to be replaced. So it's pretty simple. It's just going to be an on-off switch as single pole, single throw. So it's just going to power one item either on or off. I'm going to take a little closer look at it.

It's just going to be this little switch here. So it will fit flush with your mounting plate. If you want, you could also mount this into a plate. We have a couple of options here at se-trailer dot- excuse me, se-trailer.com. If you want to get that plate, there are a few on the product page that are related products.So as far as the size goes: for our cutout, it's about half an inch wide, the base there, and then about three quarters of an inch, maybe 11/16" for the length.

There are two little prongs on either end to hold in place. So it'll give some tension whenever this is put into the mounting hole or the cut out points to hold them in place. Overall, it's about seven eighths of an inch wide by about an inch and a quarter long. And depending on how far you have this setback might be about a half inch deep.It is made in the USA. As far as the output ratings for this, it can handle 16 amps at 125 up to 250 volts AC, can power three quarter horsepower at that same AC voltage, 125 up to 250 volts AC, or 10 amps at 14 volts DC.
