Today we'll be showing you how to replace a pull pin kit for a Fulton F2 swing-up jack, part number F500136. This is a very cost-effective way to replace a worn out or broken pin without having to replace your whole jack. In your replacement kit you'll find the pull pin, the spring and a clip to hold it in place. As you can see, the handle on our pull pin is broke, so in order to access this we're going to have to take off these four bolts. Once you get your four bolts out, you're going to make sure you set them aside and hold onto all your hardware so you can remount your jack back on your trailer. Now that we have our jack removed from the trailer, what we're going to need to do to get this pin out, we're going to remove the spring. What I'm going to use is needle-nosed pliers and a flathead screwdriver. What you want to do is you want to compress the spring enough just to get the tension off of the clip. Once you've got the clip out, remove your pin and your spring. Now that we've removed our old one you're going to take your spring, push it down in place, take your pin, you want to make sure that when you put your spring and your clip in, the ring where your clip goes on is down along that edge there. As close as you can get it.
Now we're going to go ahead and replace our clip to hold it in. Set that down in the groove, push into place till it locks. Once that's all in place, you got a working pin. Now that we have our pin installed, we can go ahead and reinstall our jack on our trailer. Take your hardware that you took off. Now that we've got our bolts tightened down, you can see we have a functional jack, and that'll do it for the replacement pull pin kit for the Fulton F2 swing-up jacks, part number F500136..

The pull pin handle broke at 11 yrs of age and one of the gears broke in the landing gear at 13 yrs of age. The jack freezes in wet cold conditions and a torch is required to thaw it to get it to work properly. The screws that secure the top cover screw into plastic and over time the plastic will strip out. Had to install screws one size larger diameter in order to tighten up. Fulton F2 could be improved by having the screws on the top cap screw into metal instead of plastic. Jack does have a great handle on the crank handle.
I purchased a Fulton tongue left for my trailer a few years ago and this product is the best I have used , made of quality materials. I had to replace the lock pin because I did not lubricate and the salt from the roads combined with the cold caused me to try and push it loose with a two by four, ( all I had at the time). Needless to say I broke off the handle. Order a new one from etrailer took me 15 mins to replace and I was good. This site even had a video on how to replace the pin, took all the guess work out of it. Moral to the story, a little 10w 40 and you won't have to deal with this.
Purchased replacement parts for Fulton F2 swing up jack. Etrailer.com had parts in stock, shipment was prompt and parts were exactly what I needed to repair my trailer jack. Excellent service.

Absolutely fabulous !
I had been surviving without the pull grip since I boke it off a few years ago. When ordering some other parts for my boat trailer Fulton Jack I found this replacement. Easy Pezzy replacement although I still fight that little clip on the end where ever I find them.
I have not used the part as of yet. Due to the fact that the old tongue jack was not fixable total rust case. I bought a new jack but now I do have a spare handle.. I am sure someday I will use them never hurts to have spare parts you just do not know when you mat need them.
It's great to have etrailer around. I had a broken pull pin on my Fulton trailer jack and was thinking I was going to have to spend over $125 for a new one. Thankfully, I found a replacement pin for under $20, it took me less than 15 minutes to replace and I am back in the game. Thanks etrailer.
Perfect replacement on my F2 trailer jack. After one year it is still just like new. I should have changed this out as soon as my original broke but suffered for over a year: mistake.

fulton T part broke on tongue jack. Mfg recomended you. I recieved part in 3 days and price was right . This is swivel pin for jack.

I was happy with your help so I can continue to use my Jack on my boat trailer. Now with that said, I was really disappointed about the warranty when I bought the Jack. I was told it was a lifetime warranty. I would think that when you took over the products you would still warranty the lifetime warranty.

Great for rebuilding the jack. No matter how I take care of it, the salt water eats away and the jack has to be rebuilt.
The pin is the pin, no comment on the pin itself. Finding it easily online and having it show up quickly with a few key strokes was awesome. Etrailer.com did what they promised.
