Today we're going to take a look at the Deka universal base mount battery hold-down. Now this will secure your battery using this universal battery hold-down base mount. This will fit either the N-mount 22F batteries, or the side mount 22C and 24 batteries. It does include the two mount plates, the bolt, the nut, and the washer to install it. But basically if you're going to use this on an N-mount design like the 22F batteries, the N-mounts, they'll usually have a battery lip on them. So you'll take this bracket, use that and your nut, bolt and washer to hold it.If by chance you have to raise it, if the lip on the battery is higher, you can put that bracket underneath it.
Then use your bolt, nut and washer to do it on an N-mount. On side mount, you'll have a battery slot. This part will go into the battery slot just like that. Then you'll put this bracket on top, upside down with the legs up. Use your bolt, nut and washer to tighten it down.
That will hold a side mount battery. But that should do it for the review on the Deka universal base mount battery hold-down.
