Hi there. I'm Michael with etrailer.com. Today we're gonna take a quick look at this Clearsource WeatherGuard Protective Case. This is a heated protective case that's going to allow you to operate your Clearsource RV water system in freezing temperatures. You're not gonna have to worry about the temperatures affecting your filtration system. So this is gonna be perfect for your full-time RVers traveling in all sorts of climates.
This will fit your Clearsource Premier and Ultra Filter Systems. Those are both sold separately. You can find 'them here at etrailer.com using those part numbers that you see on the screen there. I do have the Ultra series here, so I'm going to use that to show you how this is going fit with your filter system. So you can see it's just going to slide right down in there, after we get the sides cleared.
So it'll fit right in there. And then we've got these side openings that will allow you to connect your hoses and still operate the filter while you have the case on. And this does have smart power control that's gonna turn the heat on and off automatically to prevent cracking. This will turn on when the internal temperature drops below 40 degrees Fahrenheit and will turn off when internal temperature rises to 60 degrees Fahrenheit. This does store discreetly on the side of the case with this hook and loop closure.
Just slide that all up in there. You can keep it stored away and then very easily take it out when we're ready to hook it up. And it'll just plug right in there. This is constructed of a tough nylon fabric that's gonna protect your filters from scratches, UV rays, and other damage. Got the hook and loop around the top there so we can ensure nice closure, prevent any damage there.
We also have these durable carrying straps that are going to allow us to transport our filter system around. Very easy to hold on to, to move that from place to place. As far as our overall dimensions go we're looking at about 20 inches long, by 8 inches wide, and 16 inches tall. The case itself only weighs about six pounds, and so it's not going to add much weight at all to your filter system, which obviously is gonna be pretty heavy on its own. So it's nice not having any additional weight or not much additional weight added to it. So if you are wanting to both protect your filter system and make sure that even in freezing temperatures you're not gonna have to worry about it cracking and that sort of thing. This is gonna be a great option for you. That completes our look for today. Again, I'm Michael with etrailer.com. Thanks for watching..
