Hi everyone, it's Evangeline here etrailer. And today we'll be taking a look at the Wheel Well Inserts for your Airbedz Truck Bed Air Mattress right here at etrailer. So I set up our air mattress, just like I would at home. We have our blankets, we have our quilt, we have our pillows. You wouldn't even thought that this was on the back of our truck bed just 15 minutes ago. That's because we have these wheel well inserts.

So this way you can utilize your air mattress for what it's made for and still have the versatility of not being limited to your vehicle. The dimensions of the insert is gonna be 33 inches long by 10 inches wide. And it's gonna be about 6 inches tall. This is made the exact same way that your air mattress is. So you have the same material, the same color, or you can get it to match if you have a different color than blue, you have that durable polyester construction, and the well-made seems to prevent leaks.

Also, you don't have to use this just as an insert for when you have it as a home air mattress. Even when you have this in your truck bed and you take these inserts out, you can also use this as it's an extra pillow. And this isn't just for converting your truck bed air mattress into a home air mattress. Some other situations you can use this in is what if your truck bed is wider than your truck bed air mattress, and you don't have support for the wheel well cutout That's where this insert comes in handy. Instead of dipping down, where that cutout is, I just put the insert in and then we're gonna have a much better fit.

So my personal thoughts about this is I like how Airbedz gives you a choice. You don't have to get a truck bed air mattress or a home air mattress. You can just have one for both situations with this insert. So this is helpful also when you have this on trucks of different shapes and sizes. So if you saw, we had a wider truck earlier and this helped just stiffen up that gap and just keep our mattress usable in our truck bed.

So all in all, it works well, pairs wonderfully with our truck bed air mattress, and definitely worth considering. The Airbedz Truck Bed Air Mattress is great for when you have it in, obviously, your truck bed. But did you know that you can convert this air mattress and take it off of your truck and convert it into a home air mattress Well, what you need then are the wheel well inserts. So these wheel well inserts, you get 2 of them. They have hook and loop patches on the sides of it. And once you have it fully inflated, you can just pop it into your fully inflated Airbedz Truck Bed Air Mattress and that fills in that gap for the wheel well. Here we have the wheel well insert with it being deflated. So this is how you're going to receive this insert. So notice how we have our valve over here. So when you lift up that first tab, you get the one way valve, where we can inflate and it doesn't deflate. And if you lift that again, you then get access to the open valve. So here's how you would deflate your insert. But what we're gonna do today is we're gonna inflate it. So I'll just pop this back on and then prep our pump. So you do not get a pump with the wheel well inserts, you will have to use a separate pump. What I'm actually using is the one that was included with the Airbedz Mattress. So some of them do have this pump included. It's just a very basic pump with 2 different nozzles. So I'm gonna put it onto this second nozzle which is our medium nozzle and just fit that into our one way valve. So with this hooked up, we're now gonna inflate the insert. Okay. That took several pumps. But I think that says more about the pump than the insert itself. But we're fully inflated, and we'll just take this out and secure it. So I'll show you how to line these up with the hook and loop patches that are on your Airbedz Mattress. I do recommend inflating the mattress first, just to make it easier for you. Here's the patches on the inside of the air mattress. So just line that up. I know there are gaps beside the insert and that's okay because this insert fits most of your Airbedz Mattresses. So whether you have the 8 foot long one or the 6 and a half foot long one, perfectly fine. The only one you'd have to use a different insert for is your smaller short bed insert. So that's why there's gaps depending on how long your mattress is. So with both inserts in place, just like that, you now have a rectangular home air mattress.
