Hello everybody. This is Jeff at etrailer.com. Today, we're gonna take a look at this UWS 59 inch long, custom-fit, UTV crossover style toolbox. Has a nice, matte black diamond tread finish. Now, this UTV crossover style toolbox is a perfect way to add secure storage to your UTV, a vehicle that's usually specifically made for outdoor work. This will attach to your UTV bed and allows the UTV to transport cargo, keep tools on hand in the field.

Now, it will install with vehicle specific brackets. And it is designed for a custom-fit on certain years of the Polaris Ranger 1000 UTVs. Now, this part number does not come with the mounting brackets. We do sell them separately. I did happen to pull them just to show you.

It's actually four pieces. Two of them on this end, two of them on that end. And it'll attach to your UTV bed. Now, these vehicle specific brackets we sell separately on our website. They're part number UWS08233.

Now, you can actually even buy this toolbox with those brackets included. That's part number UWS83232. Now, this toolbox is a .058 of an inch extra thick, one-piece, aluminum toolbox. Holds heavy tools and cargo. It is an aluminum construction.

Has fully welded seams, so they're guaranteed not to rust. And as we mentioned, the nice, matte black powder coat diamond tread finish to it. On the front, you got your stainless steel lock handles right here on both sides, gives you security and corrosion resistant operation. On the driver's side, you can see it includes a lock with two keys so you can lock it to keep anybody from getting to the inside. And if you notice, the handles are widespread. So, that's what makes it easy to reach from either side of the UTV. So, it's unlocked now. To open it, just pull your latch up and it'll release the lid. And again, you only have to pull up on one of the latches cause they're connected. So, if you're on that side, if you pull that one, it would open it up. You don't have to open both of them at the same time. Now, I did wanna zoom in on the inside and show you one of the nice features it has is that connecting rod that connects those latches so you can open it from either side. You don't want that exposed in case something on the inside hits it, damages it. So, they put a nice, full length enclosure over that connecting rod, so it protects it from any damage. So, it allows you to keep opening your lid without the connecting rod getting damaged. It does have a nice, beveled lid. I could close it a little bit just to show you. If you look on it, when we say bevel, there's no sharp edges. They bevel it off. And it is a patented foam filled lid, provides insulation and protection from the elements. It is a structural foam, reinforces shape and strength of the lid. And it has a nice, foam seal that'll go around the whole length of the lid, so when you do close, it'll protect the contents from the elements. On each side, you can see there's a gas cylinder here and there's one down on the other end. This heavy-duty gas cylinders will help lift the lid and hold it open. And the hinge on the lid is a full length piano hinge, so it gives you extra support out of the lid. So, what we're gonna do, I'm gonna zoom back out and I'm gonna give you some dimensions. We're gonna do the overall dimensions and the interior dimensions. So, I got my tape measure here. So, if we do the overall dimensions, the length, if we go from this end, 59 1/4 inches long. The width, 11 1/2 inches wide. And the overall height, nine inches tall. Now, the interior and the interior space we're gonna measure is gonna be from here to here cause this part will be connected to your UTV bed. So, the length on the interior this way is gonna be right at 52 inches, and 10 inches wide on the interior, and about nine inches on the depth. So, it does give you interior capacity of about 3.5 cubic feet of usable space. So again, we'll just go ahead and close our lid. And then we can lock it if you want.
