Today we're going to take a look at the round seven inch glow light three function LED transit light.Now this is a nice round trailer transit light that'll serve three functions, tail light function, brake light function and your turn signal light function.This one happens to be a glow light design. This glow light lens will create a nice solid light pattern, it's a nice smooth appearance. These are available for our driver's side, as well as for the passenger side.This 22 diode LED light is going to make a great replacement or upgrade for your existing trailer lights. LED lights typically last considerably longer than the brittle filaments found in incandescent bulbs. Additionally, they are more efficient, which means they are going to be brighter, while drawing less current. What this means is is that if you are replacing incandescent bulbs and moving to LED, by doing so your overall power consumption is going down. Now these lights are designed to fit the six inch oval grommet, which is very common and very popular in a lot of utility style trailers.The thing I like about this one the most is that it's completely weatherproof. With LED lights like this, we don't really necessarily have any bulbs and sockets, or anything like that, to deal with, so they can seal up the back of that light, make sure no moisture gets into this housing at all and causes us issues. more

What I like about these lights compared to a lot of the other ones, they've got an LED for the backup light. So by running one additional wire and plugging it in here on the backside, anytime we hit reverse, we're going to have some light behind us to see and also indicate to people that we are backing up. Now, generally with trailers, when you're backing up at nighttime, a lot of times you'll keep your foot on the brake and just kind of drag the brake a little bit so it kind of lights up behind, at least that's a strategy I take. more

Optronics Tail Light for Trailers Over 80 inches Wide Review and Installation- Video
Randy: Hey guys, Randy here at etrailer.com. So we're going to be taking a look at an incandescent square light from Optronics. Now, these are designed and suited for use on just about any type of trailer, but they do meet the DOT compliance factors for trailers over 80 inches wide. I think these are going to be very good on most of your utility trailers and things like that, out there. Since it is incandescent and not submersible, I don't think it's going to be ideal for boat trailers and things like that. But outside of that, if you've got a square type light, it's going to use the standard two-inch bolt pattern or two-inch studs in the back, and it should just be a direct replacement, especially with the push to connect that we have on the back, just strip off your wires and plug them into the appropriate hole and the light's going to work well for you.Now, driver and passenger side are going to be a little bit different. more

This is going to be a submersible LED light, so it's going to be a lot longer lasting than your typical incandescent light. Our LEDs are going to last longer, there's no brittle filaments that can break, so we won't have to worry about changing out any bulbs. These are also going to be a brighter, more efficient light with less power draw, so just a really great replacement for the old incandescent bulbs.Has a two prong plug there to work with your 12.. Everyone. I'm Ellen here at etrailer.com. Today we are taking a look at the Optronics LED clearance or side marker light. This is going to have that reflex reflector, so as I'm turning it you can kind of see that it's picking up the light and reflecting it back to you. So, even if the light isn't actually on, it'll still alert people that there is a trailer nearby so it keeps you safe when you're out on the road or when your trailer is parked somewhere. This is also going to be a surface mount light, so just mounts wherever you need it to be. more

Ellen: Hey, everyone, I'm Ellen here at etrailer.com, and today we're taking a look at the LED Turn Signal and Parking Light from Optronics.Now, this is going to be a really nice looking light for your trailer. It's going to act as your turn signal and your running light on your trailer. So it's going to have amber, an amber lens over white LEDs, and it really serves those two front functions of giving you your front turn signal light and your parking light. It's a sonically sealed housing, so we don't have to worry about any water ingress. It's going to be completely waterproof and submersible. So even if you want to use this on a marine trailer, it'll work out great and just for really any application where you don't want anything to get in there and causing any issues. more

Review of Optronics Trailer Lights - License Plate Lights - LP56CB- Video
Ellen: Hey, everyone. I'm Ellen here at etrailer.com, and today we're taking a look at the License-Plate Light with Gray Housing.Now this is going to help you to illuminate your license plate on your trailer so that you can stay compliant with any local and state laws, so it is DOT-approved. And it's just going to have a little incandescent bulb inside there to illuminate that license plate for you, so I'm going to undo the wire here and we'll take a look at what that looks like whenever you have it installed.It does have a little grommet here to provide a little cushion for your light against your trailer, but our power connection will be made with this black wire, and then our ground is actually going to be made through the hardware. So, whenever you put your hardware through, it makes contact with the ground tab on the inside there. I'm just going to put my little alligator clamp through, try to grab on so we can get that connection made, and turn it on there. You can see our light comes on. more

Now this is a mini LED trailer light that will function as both a side-marker and a clearance light when properly mounted. It's a sonically sealed waterproof housing and lens unit, which is submersible. And it's a LED, which makes great replacements for incandescent lights, because the last 50 times longer, they're more efficient, they provide brighter light with less power output, and of course no bulbs to replace, no brittle filaments. This one is a red lens over a white LED. It's a durable polycarbonate housing and lens, and it is compatible with 12 volt DC systems. more

Optronics LED Trailer Tail Light Review and Installation STL12RB- Video
Hi there neighbors. Today, we're going to be taking a look at Optronics LED stop, turn and tail light trailer lights. These are available with either a red lens with clear LEDs or with a clear lens and red LEDs. With these two options, you can have a more modern look on your trailer with the clear lenses, or maintain a more traditional look with your red lenses. With the lights out, I've got our tail lights on and you can't even tell any difference between the clear lens and the red lens, as they both illuminate about the same. In addition to your tail lights, you're also going to get your left turn signal, brake lights, and your right turn signal. more
