The Round LED Trailer Stop/Turn/Tail Light # STL42RB from Optronics uses an industry-standard 3-prong plug. The two plugs you referenced, the Straight 3-Wire Pigtail # A45PB and the Right Angle 3-Wire Pigtail # A47PB, both will fit this light assembly.
You choice will just be a matter of preference depending on the amount of clearance you have behind the light's mounting points. If space is tight then the right angle plug might be a better option.
I suggest you apply dielectric grease, like # LT37534, to the connections. This grease is not itself conductive but it does help prevent entry of moisture that can lead to corrosion and conductivity issues down the road.
I also suggest making sure the while ground wires from the pigtails are securely affixed to a clean rust- and paint-free spot on your trailer's frame. Weak ground connections can lead to a whole host of issues.
