Adding a 5th Wheel to your 2007 Toyota Tundra is not going to change your truck's towing capacity, but the hitch may have a lower rating than your truck. The rule is that you always go by the lowest rated component in the system.
You can find the towing capacity of your Tundra by taking a look at the sticker or plate in the door jamb of the driver's side front door. Look for the Gross Combined Weight Rating, GCWR. From this figure, subtract the GVW (vehicle curb weight plus weight of passengers and cargo). Your result will be the maximum weight of the trailer you can safely tow.
