When using the Pintle Hook Combo part# TR63011 with BandW Pintle Hook Mounting Plate part # BWPMHD14004 what amount of drop would there be if it was bolted at its lowest position?

I went out to the warehouse and pulled both B&W pintle mount # BWPMHD14004 and Tow Ready pintle combo # TR63011 and put them together to measure drop. In the lowest position, the drop is 11-1/2 inches.

To clarify how I measured, I measured from the top of the shank to the top of the ball platform.

Yes the Curt Pintle Hook with 1-7/8" Hitch Ball #C48180 does fit on the B&W Pintle Hook Mounting Plate #BWPMHD14004. The pintle hook comes with install hardware too so with these two parts you'd have everything you need.
