Dexter has determined that hubs like the # 8-201-9UC3-EZ that you referenced that are designed to fit 12x2 inch brake assemblies have too large of a diameter for a 15 inch wheel to fit over. However, I went out and test fit a 15 inch wheel with this hub and found that the two were compatible.
Since you have a grease seal that has an inner diameter of 2-1/4 inches you most likely have a number 42 spindle. Which for a hub and rotor that would fit that spindle, has a 6 on 5-1/2 inch bolt pattern, and is compatible with 15 inch wheels so that it would work with the # AM32680 that you referenced you would want the part # T1870000CB042. The seal included with this hub has a 2-1/4 inch inner diameter.
You will want to verify that your old hubs have 25580 and a 15123 bearing in them to know for sure you have the number 42 spindle.
