Parts Recommendation to Install a Brake Controller In a 1974 Dodge Sportsman

hi a have a 74 dodge sportsman a want to haul my tamdem boat around but the motorhome didnt come with any trailer wiring. I have a tekonosha voyager brake controller off another vehicle and need to know the wiring from scratch thanks

We have exactly what you need. First you will need to start with a 4-way on your 1974 Dodge Sportsman. For that you will want part # 18252.

From there you would need to convert the 4-way to a 7-way so that you can install the brake controller # 39510. For that you will want the Brake Controller Install Kit and 7-Way Adapter part # ETBC7. I attached installation instructions and an install video for this product as well that will detail how to install the brake controller.
