We offer several classes of trailer hitch for the 2012 Ford E-350 van with standard bumper and all can be seen on the link provided. Draw-Tite offers two Class IV and V hitches, parts # 41906 and # 41945, that offer, respectively, 1000-lbs and 1500-lbs of tongue weight capacity.
Both are confirmed by my contact at Draw-Tite to fit the 2012 Ford E-350 van with standard bumper. Both hitches have a 2-inch receiver tube that will sit below the top of the frame rails a distance of approximately 2-1/2-inches (measured from the top of the van's frame to the top of the receiver tube).
I have linked install videos for both hitches as well as two articles with hitch installation tips.
