Need Wheel to Fit Jack with 2-1/4 Inch Outer and 2 Inch Inner Diameter Tubing

Question:

My utility trailer has a jack with a flat foot. I am looking for a wheel to replace it with. I checked the manufacturers website and it says it has a 2 1/4inch outer diameter but a 2inch inner diameter. When looking for a wheel/caster do I look for a 2 1/4 or 2? The jack has a 2000# rating. Thanks

When looking for a wheel, you will go by the outer diameter of the inner tube of your jack. In this case you state the inner tube is 2 inches so you could go with the Pro Series 6", Detachable Caster with Pin, # PS1400750340. This wheel/caster has a weight capacity of 1,200 pounds.

Another option would be to go with the Replacement 6" Caster Wheel, # BD500245, which has a weight capacity of 1,200 pounds. I have included a video for you to check out.
