Replacement Mounting Hardware Recommendation for Longview Towing Mirrors

I would like to have a spare set of hooks and knobs. the part # is LVT-1810. How do I go about getting a set of these. I just ordered the mirrors from you guys along with a brake controller. I tried contacting Longveiw.com, but havent heard a word from them in about a week now.
