Trailer Hitch Installation on 2013 Toyota Camry XLE V6
Question:
Hi...I would like to purchase a Draw Tight hitch for our 2013 Camry XLE V6...I have watched your video of a 2012 single exhaust instalation. Do you happen to have a video of a 2013 XLE V6?...I assume that has what they referr to as an appearance panel. Where actually is it?...From under the rear bumper to where?...How does it come off? Does it need to be cut, and if so where and how much? Sorry to trouble you. I would like the hitch but at the same time I dont want to cut any piece that can be easily seen. Thanks in advance for your help.

Hitches for your 2013 Toyota Camry XLE V6 can be seen on the link provided. The particular one you referenced, Curt hitch # C12107 is a fit for both the hybrid and non-hybrid versions. All available hitches are a 1-1/4-inch Class II type.
All will require some drilling and temporary lowering of the exhaust (by removing it from its rubber hanger); some will require trimming of the heat shield and may also require trimming or removal of the underbody panel.
If you refer to the linked install instructions for this hitch you will find the included photos and diagrams helpful in assessing the level of modifications required to install this hitch on this vehicle. A video showing a 2012 Camry is linked for you.
I have also linked two helpful articles concerning hitch installation.
