Question:

Which wiring harness do I need to connect my new Tekonsha P3 brake controller to a 2005 Ford F-350. I seem to be finding three different harnesses listed for Ford vehicles. Thanks.

To install your P3 brake controller on your 2005 Ford F350, you'd need the # 3065-P brake controller wiring adapter. One end of the connector would plug into the rear of the controller, the other would plug into the connector under the dash. For a 2005 model, the connector is located behind the storage cubby right above the ashtray. Pull the storage pocket out from the dash, and the connector will be clipped to the rear of the pocket, as shown in the photo I've provided for you.
