I removed a 15.5 K Reese slider from my truck and left the rails mounted in the truck. Will a 16K Non-slider Reese fit the same rails with no modification?

Yes, the fixed Reese 16K 5th Wheel Hitch, part # RP30047, will fit in the same rails as your previous Reese slider hitch.
