The Timbren Axle-Less system is compatible with hubs that have 5 on 4-1/2 inch bolt patterns. For just an idler hub you would want the part #84545UC1-EZ or for a brake hub you would want the part #84546UC3-EZ.

The HD Timbren axle less 2k axle kits use the 3,500 lb trailer spindle since it's a little heavier duty which is why the hub/drums and assemblies seem to be rated too high. So the #ASR2KHDS03 does use the #23-468-469 and the #84556UC3-EZ.
