Dimensions for Replacement Velcro Strip for Truxedo Tonneau Cover
Question:
Truxedo tonneau. I have a 2005 dodge ram 1500 short wheel base. The strip I need doent glue in, it just slides in a rail. My question is where to I measure it at, the Velcro itself or the plastic backing on the Velcro? The Velcro measures an inch but the backing that slides in the rail is 1 5/16? The plastic needs to be 1 1/4-1 5/16 wide. The Velcro is 1" wide.

For an 80" long x 1-5/16" wide we have part # TX1115174.
I measured Truxedo Shur-Bond Velcro Brand Fastener # TX1117876. It has a strip of plastic that slides into a track and is 80 inches long by 1 inch wide. The Velcro portion of the strip is 1 inch wide.
