Hi Tammy, I checked with the manufacturer and the noise level directly at the AC is 67 dB, and 45 dB if you're inside your trailer for their low-profile units:

- Advent Air Low Profile RV Air Conditioner System # ASA58YR

- Black: Advent Air Low Profile RV Air Conditioner System # ASA88YR

For reference, 60 dB is about the level of conversation, and 30 dB is a whisper. There truly is not an RV air conditioner that is going to give you whisper-level noise, and when you are indoors, this unit really is relatively quiet.
