Distance from Center of Hitch Pin to Inside Bottom of Brophy Pintle Hook

Question:

What is the offset dimensions from Center line of 2 1/2 receiver to the bottom of the pintle ring resting point? Im towing a 3 axle 30k capacity trailer with air bags. It needs to tow relatively flat..

The centerline on the # BR27FR is going to be from the center of the hitch pin hole. If you draw a line straight out and measure the distance to the bottom of the hook that is 1". I have attached a diagram below for your reference.

@Dave Ok, what do you sell that allows a 4 1/2" lift from center line of hitch pin hole to bottom of pintle ring on the trailer, and that's capable of 30K capacity trailer? Note I have a 2 1/2" receiver on the Motorhome

@Dave we don't have a traditional pintle hook with that capacity and measurement but you could use the Gen-Y Adjustable 2-Ball Mount # 325-GH-1623. This fits a 2-1/2" receiver and comes with their pintle lock which turns it into a pintle hook. The capacity is also high enough at 32k. In the middle receiver in the rise position you're going to have a 3" rise which is measured from the top of the shank. Since it is a 2-1/2" shank it will be another 1-1/4" down to the center line which would make it 4-1/4". I don't think you're going to get any closer than that.
