Since your trailer is a Shoreland'r I may be able to get the correct part information from the manufacturer if you can provide me with your VIN information. If you have the trailer where you can measure and send me images of the leaf springs that will allow me to more quickly see if we have any replacements for your leaf springs.

In order to determine the torque rating for the lug nuts on your trailer you will need to know check out the chart I attached that shows all of the torque specs for all the trailer lugs available based on stud size, wheel material and wheel size.
