Yes, it will! The B&W Universal Base Rails and Installation Kit for 5th Wheel Trailer Hitches item # BWRVR3200 includes industry standard 5th wheel rails that are compatible with the Reese 30032 5th wheel hitch. The Reese 30032 uses the same industry standard mounting pattern.

I have attached a diagram below with the dimensions for the mounting holes that shows exactly which slots Reese hitches use.

The B&W Universal Base Rails and Installation Kit for 5th Wheel Trailer Hitches item # BWRVR3200 has been confirmed to fit the 1993 Ford F-250.
