The best way to fight trailer sway is properly loading the trailer. Moving as much weight in the trailer as far forward as you can will help. If you trailer is not being towed level that could be causing some of your sway. Picking out the correct rise/drop ball mount would fix this. Check out the FAQ I attached on picking out the correct ball mount for more info.

If the sway you are experiencing is only at highway speeds when it is really windy or when a semi-truck passes you the Reese Sway Control Kit part # 83660 would be an excellent choice to prevent that.
