Timbren Suspension Enhancement For A 2007 Chevy 3500 4x4 Dually

Question:

I have a 2007 Chevy 3500 4x4 dually that I tow a 5th wheel camper with. When towing the camper I have a a hitch weight along with an extra fuel tank of almost 3000 lbs. I am wanting to add 2’’ shackle to bring the back end down but want to add Timbren bump stops to keep it from squatting when Hooked up to the 5th wheel camper. I right now have 7 5/8’’ from the bottom of the frame to the top of the axle before shackles being added. Is there a Timbren bump stop you recommend for me to achieve this?

We do carry Timbren kits for the 2007 Chevy 3500 4x4 dually like the # TUR350. They are 6,000 lb capacity springs and they will help quite a bit to level your ride and reduce sagging. These are designed for trucks with stock suspension and can be made to fit lifted trucks.

That said, the Timbren Kits will not work with vehicles that have been lowered. So if you plan to add the 2" shackle and lower the back end, you will limit your ability to add any kind of jounce style spring or other suspension enhancement.
