Can 8" Trailer Wheels Be Replaced By 12" Trailer Wheels

I have the small trailer with 8 inch wheels. Can I run 12 inch wheels on this trailer?

As long as you have enough room in your fender well between the wheels on both axles then yes you can upgrade to larger 12" wheels.
You're also going to want to get a wheel that has the same bolt pattern as your current wheels, so if you determined you had a enough room to upgrade and your current wheels have a 4 on 4 bolt pattern then something like the Kenda 5.30-12 Bias Trailer Tire with 12" White Wheel # AM30780 could work.
