1990 W-W Cattle Trailer Replacement Brake and Hub/Drum Kit Recommendations
Question:
Im rebuilding the axles and brakes on a 1990? W-W cattle trailer and need some assistance with figuring out what electric brake replacement kit with drums to purchase. The inner bearing is labeled: KOYO Japan 25580, and the outer bearing is label KOYO Japan 15123, I looked for any kind of tag or label on the axle but could not find one. Thank you.

Thank you for all of the info and the photos!
With that in mind you need the following parts:
- 12" Electric Trailer Brake Kit # AKEBRK-7-SA
- Easy Grease Trailer Hub and Drum Assembly for 5.2K & 6K Axles # AKHD-655-6-EZ-K
The hub and drum assembly comes with bearings that match what you mentioned and then the grease seal has 2.25" inner and 3.376" outer diameters. You'll need to check the diameter of your spindle where the grease seal rides and if that measures less than 2.25" then you'll need to pick up the 10-10 Double-Lip Seals # RG06-090 which have the same outer diameters, but the inner diameter is smaller at 2.125".
The electric brake kit set is auto-adjusting so it should be an upgrade to what you currently have.
