To add a hitch to your 2024 Honda CR-V, I recommend the Curt item # C13397. This hitch is custom fit and bolts to your Honda with included hardware. This is a class III hitch with a 2" receiver. It has a 3,500 lbs towing capacity and a 525 lbs maximum tongue weight.
I really like the Curt hitch item # C13397 because the crosstube mounts behind your rear bumper leaving only the 2" receiver exposed. This not only looks better but it helps with ground clearance.
f you are planning on towing you will also need a wiring harness item # C56370 and a ball mount kit item # C45534. This wiring harness is for the AWD Honda CR-V's.
I have attached a couple of pictures below along with a couple of installation videos so you can see how to get these parts set up and what this hitch looks like when installed.
