Unable to figure out if the 65JV will fit on a Hyundai Elantra, 2012, 4-DR, no hitch.

Yes, I confirmed with Thule that the Thule Raceway 2 Bike Rack part # TH65JV will fit your 2012 Hyundai Elantra.
This rack is a little lighter than previous models at abut 28 pounds and it has new road dampening technology in the frame clamp arms. It has updated folding braces, improved spools to eliminate cable jam and more foot pad cushioning to improve car contact. Take a look at the attached video to see all of its great features.
