I can certainly point you in the right direction. I will say that we only deal with round tube leaf spring axles, so I am afraid we cannot provide a replacement axle. We do offer the 12" x 2" brake assemblies # 23-112-113 which have built in manual parking brake which will allow you to use the trailers tilt feature.

We also carry the 8 lug hub/ drum assemblies like the # AKHD-865-7-1-EZ-K. We would of course need to confirm your trailers spindle/bearing sizes in order to confirm fitment of the hubs. The hub I mentioned uses a # 25580 (1.75" inner diameter) inner bearing and a # 14125A (1.25" inner diameter) outer bearing.

If you are looking to replace the axle itself I suggest contacting an axle manufacturer like Dexter.
