Yes, it does! The etrailer Hitch item # e98848 does fit the 2024 Honda CR-V. This hitch is custom fit and bolts to your Honda with included hardware. I really like this hitch because the crosstube mounts behind your rear bumper cover leaving only the 2" receiver visible.
If you are planning on towing you will also need a wiring harness item # C56370 and a ball mount kit item # C45534.
