For your 3,300 lbs trailer, I recommend the Fastway e2 Weight Distribution w/ 2-Point Sway Control item # FA92-00-0450. This system is specifically designed for lighter weight trailers like yours. You don't want to use a higher capacity system because it will give you a stiff uncomfortable ride. This system works with tongue weights up to 450 lbs. Tongue weight is typically 10% -15% of your trailer's total weight so this will be perfect for yours.
The Fastway e2 item # FA92-00-0450 has built in sway control that will keep your trailer in line with your tow vehicle when you are going down the highway and get passed by a semi or make a sudden move. I have linked an installation video below so you can see how to get this weight distribution system set up.
This system includes a 2" shank but it does not include a hitch ball. Depending on your coupler size you will either need a 2" Hitch Ball item # 63845 or a 2-5/16" hitch ball item # C40007.
