I have a bx 4330 tow bar. My 2007 jeep wrangler has 1” wide tow ringsbumper bracket, fo you hav a tow adapter from tow bar to bumper

You'll first want to verify with the manufacturer that the bumper is rated for flat towing before actually using the D-Rings for this purpose. Since D-Ring adapters are only compatible with motorhome-mounted tow bars and would not work with your coupler-style mounted Blue Ox Acclaim # BX4330 you would need to get a different tow bar and 1" adapters # BX88358. For the tow bar you could use the Blue Ox Alpha 2 Non-Binding Tow Bar # BX7380.

The only solution would be to use the Blue Ox base plate kit adapter for Off-Road Bumpers with 1 inch D-rings part #BX88358 with the bumper you go with as long as it has D-rings and then you can use the Blue Ox tow bar you have now.
