Will Curt Trailer Hitch 12091 Fit a 2014 Ford Fusion Sport SE
Question:
The 2014 Ford Fusion SE sport has dual exhaust and may have additional rear spoilers that may get in the way of this hitch installation, will it fit the sport model?

I checked with Curt and trailer hitch # C12091 fits all models of the 2014 Ford Fusion including your SE Sport model. I have included a link to the installation instructions for you to view. There are some underbody panels that do need to be permanently removed for hitch installation.
If you plan on doing any towing be sure to first check the vehicle owners manual for the capacities of the vehicle and if lower than the hitch capacities go by the lower rating. For a ball mount use # C45016 and pin and clip # PC2. For a 1-7/8 inch ball use # 19256 and for a 2 inch ball use # 19258.
For trailer wiring you can use T-connector # 118574. I have included a link to the installation instructions for the wiring as well.
If you plan on using the hitch for something like a bike rack or cargo carrier, Curt recommends the use of stabilization strap # 18050 for all non-trailer loads. The strap relieves some of the stress on the hitch.
